River Blackwater
The Blackwater River is renowned for some of the best salmon fishing in Europe. The river is over 70 miles long rising in Kerry and reaching the sea at Youghal. Due to its size of numerous tributaries the Blackwater maintains a high standard of fishing even in dry conditions. We offer four private beats, covering four miles of some of the best stretches on the renowned Munster river. Not only are the beats particularly productive they are also extremely scenic.

Season:- 1st February - 30th September
Rods: - Up to 12 rods can be accommodated on beats at one time. Most beats can accommodate up to 3 rods at one time.

Salmon fishing with self catering cottage - from €1,325.00 euro per person (based on two rods) to include one week (Saturday to Saturday) self catering accommodation, six days salmon fishing, ghillie for six days, one week car hire and our services. Breakfast, packed lunch and dinner can be arranged.

River Moy
This fishery has been developed during the past five years as the most interesting fly fishery on the lower Moy. Unlike the rest of the lower river, which tends to be slow water, this area has a very considerable gradient and a good flow throughout the beat. New pools have been expertly designed and made to accentuate this and to allow the fly to fish realistically with minimal assistance. It is an exciting stretch to fish, although not at all difficult, particularly in the lowest two pools. The runs for the Spring salmon have been increasing every year. The grilse run in June and July is exceptional and for which the River Moy is so famous. Ghillies are available.

Season: - Spring salmon - April and May. June and July is the peak of the grilse run.
Rods: - A maximum of six rods fishing at the same time.

River Slaney
The salmon beat is one of the best on the river and covers three miles in a Special Area of Conservation. The river banks are maintained for trout fishing in the summer and the ancient woods bounding the river offer varied bird life and rare flora and fauna. A fishing hut provides shelter and a meeting point for lunch. The beat includes over 20 named pools, all of which have yielded fish. A maximum of six rods ensures a variety of scenery and opportunity. The river does not require waders.

A seasoned coach such as, Peter O'Reilly, can be arranged by appointment.

Season:- Spring Salmon - March to May. Trout - March to September.
Rods: - Up to 6 rods can be accommodated on the beat at one time.

Donegal
Below the hills of Donegal there are excellent opportunities to fish for sea trout from July to September. Loughs are located in picturesque landscape where the hills meet the water offering plentiful sea trout. Boats can be hired with outboard motors and accessible from jetties located at most of the Loughs including Dunglow, Glen, Alek more, Beagh. All these Loughs are known for their run of sea trout. Recently, three anglers took 200 sea trout to their boat in seven days!

Season:- July to September
Rods: - A maximum of two persons plus ghillie in each boat.
