Our woodcock and snipe shooting areas extend from County Donegal to Co. Kerry. Each area is different and therefore a unique experience. However past experience of shooting is necessary. To shoot Woodcock there are extensive wooded areas. Snipe are shot through large areas of bogs. Mountains provide the picturesque backdrop to these shooting areas, with loughs below.

We offer both driven and walked up woodcock & snipe.
Bags are hard to predict, as these are wild birds and very weather dependent.
Ghillies (guides) provide lots of dogs to accompany the guns.
A moderate level of fitness is required to walk across snipe bogs and occasionally the walking can be challenging.
Each morning you are met at 9.30am at your hotel by our ghillie (guide).
Shooting takes place all day until dusk with a break for lunch in a friendly local pub.
